New work life experience
I joined oceanlake for less than a month, my in charge, the one that interviewed and hire me is fired. Surprised man.. i always thought that it is a expensive job to fire someone so that would be the company last resort, so this prove that i was wrong. He was fired on the spot, pack and go with some lame excuse of him not doing his job well with no relevant example. I think that is what a singapore company would not do and a american company does. My colleagues told me the company is opened for half a year and 5 people quit or ar fired.. That is a high turnover rate man. Surprised surprised surprise.. feel kind of sad he is leaving, especially in such manner. Anyone he seem nice to me though. haiz. This is reality.
