Well.. those who dont know... i actually switch job again. Now working in GMP recruitment-HP outsourcing.. Recruiting people for Hewlett Packard. Started working for a week plus. Like this job alot. Cause it keeps me accupied and time pass fast. Inprove my interpersonal skills with high level management people like the hiring managers of HP and candidates. Recruitment job is not what i initally thought it was easy. Selection process is quite tedious, because there will be alot of resumes coming in with the ad is out and the candidates that we choose has to fulfill basic requirements as well as meeting the personal preferences of the hiring managers. Other than that, building repport with the managers is one difficult yet impt task. Once the rapport is built, everything is easy. Interview of candidates wise is pretty much ok for me, juz tat in the beginning my presentation is too short or not in sequence. haha. This job is basically about sales and communication (phone, email, direct) Sales part, we have sales target to reach every month. And, every job order that comes, in 3 days we have to send at least 3 resumes to the hiring manager and that the hiring manager need to at least choose one candidate to interview in order to fulfil the SLA, that is the first part of the SLA. The rest is tat within 14 days, one candidate need to be selected for the job. On top of it, the colleagues there are very nice. Cohesive environment. My mentor is very good. Guide me very well. Hope to see myself working well in the job. =)
